And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good and he separated the light from the darkness. (Genesis 1:3-4) Even from the beginning moments of creation God made a point to include the separation of light and dark. Why? What do light and dark represent? Light can mean clarity, reassurance, revelation, hope, glory, courage, the Word, Jesus, holiness, testimony, goodness, truth, purity, relentlessness, and power. If darkness is the oppo
